A STEP-BY-STEP PRIMER ON PRESSING A KILT!!!!

Put your kilt on and turn around in front of a mirror. Look at the hang of the pleats. If they seem to have a stage curtain, wavy look, the pleats need to be re-creased completely.
If your pleat edges are a smooth round edge...

Actually if some one wishes to send me their Kilt for cleaning and pressing I would be happy to do it. I do quite a few for my local customers so why not for anyone else.

I can't give you a definite time frame of how long between pressings because it all depends on how rough you are with the Kilt.

I usually don't have to re-press my Kilts but once a year.
