Ugh--I HATE to admit this--think old dog/new tricks, but I think I need a coach. Having a hard time keeping my form consistant. When its good its good--when bad--like unfolding a busted lawn chair.

Anyone have suggestions for someone in S.E. Michigan?

Three of us Masters athletes work out together. We'd love to have a coach and we might cough up $100 to have a long session with Bob Weir, Stanfords former throwing coach, four time British Olympian in the Discus and former 56-lb WFD world record holder.

But, for everyday, we just critique each other. When I started out I went it alone for a while, then teamed up with Tim C from XMarks, but Tim has been really busy lately so we haven't seen him for a while.

It's a real help to have another pair of eyes, even if they're just your fellow competitors. Try to hook up with a couple of local guys at the next Games.
