Being a stone mason, that is what I look like when I set a concrete lentil. I am glad you took it as the humor it was supposed to be. I have tried to get to some amateur meets. This season it seemed as though fate didn't want me there, hopefully the spring will go better. Good luck.

Well, first you start with a smart-mouthed recruit--add both a Marine DI and a salty Master Chief to the mix...a few hundred thousand pull ups and push ups later...
