I don't have a FB account, so I can't see it, either. Are we sure it happened?

Well, fooo. I'll beg the video from Bethany and put it up elsewhere.

    Here you go. http://cmgm.stanford.edu/~ahebert/CH...o/14-6-WOB.swf

You'll need Flash Player...like YouTube. The bar is at 14 feet.

What's so incredible about this is that I've NEVER been able to hold on to the weight during a spin for weight over the bar before. NEVER. I gave it up two years ago because I thought I'd never be able to do it. Well, last week after learning that I can heave the 42'er over 13 feet with about 90% effort - thus enabling a little bit of control, I thought "what the heck, I'll try a spin".

I cleared 13 by a mile. So we put the bar up to 14. I crawled one standing throw over that, which is pretty darned good, then smacked another into the bar. So I thought I'd try spinning.....and that video shows you what happened.
