    Angus District Tartan thread count

    i'm looking for the thread count for the angus district tartan.

    does anybody have it?

    The threadcount I gave above seems to be the one used by Lochcarron and Strathmore. The House of Edgar uses a different threadcount and, for my own reasons, I recently decided to reverse engineer the House of Edgar's threadcount from a photograph of the fabric I found online. Here is the result:

    In case anyone is interested, you have to be a member of the Scottish Tartans Authority to get to the thread counts in the Tartan Ferret. Otherwise, you just get to the thumbnail and tartan info. Membership info at:
