Another cry for help, do you know this tartan?

    Hi all
In a recent Burns Night thread I posted some pictures of a gentleman and a pipe band in a very interesting tartan, silly me I did not think to ask at the time what tartan it was since then people have been asking me what it is and try as I may I can not find it, so Rabble to the Rescue does anyone know this tartan?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I maybe mistaken, but it looks alot like Red Gordon to my eye.

Matt's the expert but I would have said Ontario (Ensign of). A tartan I've had my eye on for over a year now.

Here's the PV Red Gordon from Marton Mills in a USA Kilt Casual

In the wind on the Hopi Rez

    The front on the Hopi.

Not sure if Marton Mills intended an ancient look, but the colors of the PV do seem sort of muted.

Was a special order deal a while back. On the PV its hard to decide on the gray type color...its kinda blue too...
