    Another Tartan ID

Anyone ID this tartan? Someone thought it was West Lothian, but I haven't had a chance to check myself.

    Ideas?

    Thanks,

It looks like a Bumbee tartan to me (no clan name... just a fashion tartan made up).

One additional tid-bit I had from the submitter: It belonged to her Muir grandparents. There is some possible family history of living in Edinburgh area.

Not sure when the tartan was found, but a fashion tartan certainly seems possible.

    Thanks!

Still no luck, probably a fashion tartan. Still attractive.

    Lightbulb

Very similar to Hudson Bay, saw it on this forum first, it's on my want list.

wow, that is a close match - other than a red stripe replacing the white.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.
