    Smile Clan Colors

    Hi I am a new member here and I am currently serving in Iraq. Been here about 9 months and still have 5 to go.

    I have been trying to find the proper kilt for my family but it seems that there are a few variations for my last name. Last name is Clark. Can anyone help me with this or am I SOL??

    Here I am in my Clarke, Clark, Cleric at the Biltmore last last winter. My G-Grandmother was Nathalia Dementieff-Clarke.

    Not to worry about variations in spelling; back in the old days most people couldn't spell their own name anyway, and for the ones who could it was considered a mark of creativity to devise new forms of the name. Shakespeare used many different spellings of his name, sometimes in the same document.

    The Clark tartan is a colorful one without being outrageously flamboyant, like some we shall not name, so as not to give offense to those who like such display.

    We all thank you for stepping up to serve your country and hope to see you back safely.
