| | | Confederate Memorial Tartan
Here is Lady Chrystel reflecting upon a splendid Confederate Memorial Tartan fabric she just got from a friend through the Post.
Included with it was a gorgeous silver thistle brooch and this French poem :
These are bright days indeed ! May they be blessed !
Best,
Robert

Robert | Wow, what a gorgeous Tartan. Will the kilt be for yourself or a friend? I've been meaning to get a CMT. Please be sure to post some photos when the kilt is finished.

Robert you certainly have an eye, very nice photo and a beautiful tartan as well.

I love the tartan, but I would have a dozen ancestors turning in their grave if I wore it...

I have always liked that tartan. I know 2 fellows here in town that have a kilt made with it.

| | | That is indeed a splendid tartan! My great great grandfather Samuel Taylor was a spy for General Bobby Lee. |

I have to say I don't really care for it. I feel there's too much red. It just doesn't say "Dixie" to me...
