    Where can I find this tartan? More over can I get a kilt in PV?

    Whoa!! My Frazier blood is boiling!

    Would guess you can ask any hand sewn kiltmaker and they can find and order the tartan for you...in wool.

    PV's gonna be a special order. Maybe you can gather some clansmen. I'd be interested.
