    That's the Chattahoochee tartan.

    No, I'm not kidding.

    It was produced by Scottish Border Enterprise to celebrate the twinning of the river Tweed and the Chattahoochee River in 1993. The Mayor of Roswell, GA, approved of the tartan at the time.
