    Try the Tartan Ferret?

Sounds like the one called Black and White, but I guess it could be any number of tartans.

If you can't find it with the Tartans Authority's tartan ferret, you can try House of Tartan's tartan finder. It doesn't have all of the ITI, which is what you'll find at the STA's website, but it does have some tartans that aren't registered with STA. As far as a picture, I can't remember who it was, but someone here told me that it is better to use a scanner. I've found that to be true, as with a scanner you can even get a thread count.

You'll find the answer in the heraldry & tartans section. Please post all tartan-related questions here.

    Thanks,

The Closest one that I could find was Loch Tummell except on mine the brown would be a ligther tannish gray color.

Without seeing it, there's no way to tell. But, by the vague descritption maybe: Thompson Grey?
