Please define "Heart of Dixie"? Lots of us in the Heart of Texas. I would estimate the Heart of Dixie as Tupelo, Mississippi. I doubt there are many kilt wearers there.

Should you have a problem with that take it up with the state legislators on Goat Hill, oh
and BTW that is just around the corner from the first White House of the Confederacy.

Heart of Dixie, also known as God's country!!!

I'd love to have a kilt night but I'm up at the top of the state near Huntsvegas.
