Camping with the Nor Cal Rabble?

Over the weekend I brought up the subject of a camping trip at the end of the summer. I'm thinking somewhere in Santa Cruz and probably either August 29-30 or September 12-13. Anyone have any date preferences? Is anyone interested?

Will there be porters and attendants to set up camp, and prepare the gin and tonics? Panache and I do have our standards.

Best regards,

Jake

Wink

I believe Panache's children are old enough to fetch and carry. Yours too, for that matter!

Porters and attendants aren't an absolute requirement...

...but Gin and Tonics are!

Cheers

I'll be up that way for the Pleasanton Games the weekend between those dates. Unfortunately I won't be able to take that much time away so ...

Mrs. Farlander,

The Lovely F-H.C.A.G. wonders if October 3rd and 4th would be a possibility

Because

(1) It is a Full Moon and how lovely would it be to be out camping with friends in the light of the full moon!

(2) She would actually have that weekend free

(3) We have no other plans scheduled

(4) It was to be the date of the Loch Lomond Games (so we could still get together and celebrate)

Let us know so we can mark our calendars

Cheers

Jamie

I am having a party the following weekend, 10 Oct. it will be the 26th annual. I plan to be kilted this year for the first time. I hereby invite all the XMarkers. It's in the high desert north of Palm Springs where the sky is clear and the stars are bright.

Somehow standards and NorCal rabble don't seem to go together.

The luminous Joan, time-stressed as she is, politely declines. *sigh*

If I remember rightly Oct 3-4 is the Reno Games, to which I will probably haul me bum, and throw for the last show of the season.

Scooby is always anxious to portage whatever, and he has a good twenty pounds on either of the Panache clan children. My show the first weekend of October seems to have gone away as well, I would love to do this.
