Palm Springs kilt night over Thanksgiving weekend?

Bob and I are coming to PS from San Diego for the Thanksgiving weekend, arriving Wednesday (in time to catch the end of USC/UCLA game) and departing Sunday. Any interest in a Friday or Saturday kilt night? We really enjoyed the pre-Hamish dinner at McGowan's Irish Inn a few years ago, how does that sound for a venue?

Sounds good to me, I've never been to McGowan's. Friday night is better for me as I am going down to San Diego Sat. morning to tour a Navy ship with friends from the Honor Detail.

OK, seems it is on for Friday night! I will call McGowan's today to see if they recommend a reservation or if we can just show up -- say 6 to 6:30, with an idea of being seated and served by 7 p.m.?

I thought we met up on the Saturday at Lyons English Grille in PS, but maybe you are referring to the previous evening - yes, that could also have been described as "pre-Hamish" as Jim and I were not with you then!,
