PalmSpring Kilties

Well Guys my job search is now sending me to CA, so I will be in the Palm Desert area Monday nite the 16th to have my interview at a Cancer center Tuesday afternoon. If anyone would like to join me to drink away the fact I will be force to leave my family in Arizona durning the week, so we don't go broke. Let me know, by the way anyone have a room to let for a fellow down on his luck....

Does this mean I have to go to the Tilted Kilt to find some kilt-like attire?

PD kilt night

If you are going to be around the following Sat, Nov 21, we will be at the kilted tilt about 5pm. I'm sorry but I haven't room as most of the house is in demolition mode for new flooring.
I hope you are interviewing for a job and not treatment.
I wish you luck either way.

Bruce

I am hoping to be offered the job on Tuesday, so I will be looking for someplace to live durning the week and go home to the family on weekends. Can't sell the house and move right now the property valves here in Phx suck and I would lose my shirt let alone buy a Palm Springs house of the same size.

My advice, as a local in the PS area, is don't buy a house there but look in the other cities nearby. Desert Hot Springs has some good areas but some are not at all good. Palm Desert is good too but I don't know much about it.
This is getting us off the subject of kilts but I hope you will be able to join us. The Scottish Society of the Desert is having it's St Andrew's dinner next month, I've never been to anything as formal at it is going to be but I am gearing up for it.

Thanks Bruce, I will let everyone know if you have a new kiltie in the neighborhood.
