Santa Cruz Games: Sat October 3rd

http://www.santacruzscottishgames.com//games.html

I am seriously pushing the local Athletes...whom many of you met at the "throw party" earlier this season to come out and throw. I propose a joint party after the Games this year..X Marks and Athletes....knowing that a few of the Heavies are actually X Marks lurkers.

This is also the perfect Games to sign up and try it out. It's not too hot, the field is small, the Athletes are laid-back...no Big Names will be there to make you look like a wuss.

Plan now! Hopefully Panache and the F-H.C.A.G and Mrs. Farlander can recommend a good Santa Cruz restaurant.

Alan

Unhappy

Rats! Rats, rats, rats. That's the weekend of the big camping trip. I'd hate to go camping alone.

Thumbs up

Oh, and Rosie McCann's on Pacific Avenue is great, large, serves good stuff, and it is walking distance from the event .6 miles.

You're going to have a hard time convincing people to give up on the camping trip for the games, Alan! I know we're going camping, as well as the Monkey family. I wish we could be in two places at once.

Be well,

Star

Scooby has that camping trip on his list too. I have to do some fast talking to the customer who got the dates back again, but Scooby had them first.
