The phenomenal...and I seriously mean, *Phenomenal* Irish band "Solas" is playing in Berkeley at the Freight and Salvage on April 10th. The show starts at 8:00 PM, after Tartan Day is over.

I don't normally go gaga about stuff like this but I have two of their CD's and I can tell you for a certain truth that I wouldn't miss this show for anything. It'd be great fun if a mess of us descended on the Freight and Salvage CoffeeHouse for the show.

Thanks for the link, Alan. Just listened to a couple of their cuts from their "The Turning Tide" album. Needless to say I'm going to purchase the CD.

I do miss the entertainment in the Bay Area.
