Kilt Night Conn. Sunday Dec 5

There will be a casual kilt night on Sunday December 5 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Playwright Pub, 1232 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT.

There will be traditional Irish music from 3:00 to 5:00 and the pub has a fine selection of stouts and ales along with spirits.

This is a co-ed event, all are welcome.

I was planning on a pint of Guinness but with the temperatures getting cold I'm leaning toward a nice Irish coffee.

I'll take care of any Guinness you leave. How's the menu?
I plan on being there and I'll have a non-kilted buddy with me (maybe I'll bring an extra kilt along in the car, just in case he gets in the door and sees what it is he's missing out on!).

They have an excellent menu and are actually very well known for the quality of their vittles.

I just posted a notice on the Kilt Enthusiasts Of Connecticut subforum thingy about Sunday. AND hopefully this will serve as a nice bump and catch the attention of some more Nutmeggers!
