We had quite a successful evening last night (1/16/10). A few examples:
The evening's honored guest--the Haggis
The guest was appropriately introduced with great honors as reknowned piper, Rusty Smith, brought it in to tremendous applause.
Our own personal Lady Haley delivered her Response to the Laddies in fine fashion as always.
Rusty serenaded the general populace as only he can"

No one addresses a haggis like our own Turpin, maker of fine sporrans, reciter of great poetry, and father of wonderful girls.
Haley was surrounded by a host of admirers (and her brother who came for the bread pudding and "hard sauce.")
My bride and two of my best friends, the Robisons. (Adopted Aunt Margaret from Ireland is the little one.
MacKay-17 and Mrs. MacKay seemed to enjoy the evening as well.

Our favorite veteran, Tattieshaw his lovely date, who is also a sailor. (They didn't make military people like that when I was in the Corps):

Great photos, one day we just might make this one.

And the best darned haggis you ever ate.
