Let's send Gil off in style

Gilmore is leaving for the subcontinent, for an extended sojourn. Lets say goodby to him Monday, Sept 7 at Fado in Buckhead. Music is guaranteed, although quality is not. Might be great, might not be. Depends on who shows for the session. I'll be there, regardless.

Who thinks they can show?

Gil, I'm sorry that I won't be there to see you off.
It was a pleasure meeting you while I was down in Newnan.

Turpin, thanks for thinking of me.

I will be there this time!

I have decided to take one kilt with me, and put the rest in storage. Now I have to decide which one. I will wear it Monday night.

What time shall we gather?

I 'think' I will be able to make this.

It was very nice getting to know you, and putting a face and a live person with the posts. A man who loves dogs.....

Thanks.

I will probably check in from time to time, but I doubt as often as I do now.

The session generally starts around 8, and that's about as early as I can get there after going home from work. Is that too late? BTW, it's not smoky.

Hi Turpin,
Monday, Sept. 7th is Labor day. Are you sure you are working that day?

Right - no I'm not working - but I expect there'll still be a session at Fado. I'll call just to make sure, and post here if there needs to be a change. I'm hoping to have my new bodhran with me.
