Hello I am new here, I have 13 kilts. I am also a member of the Scottish American Military Society. I would like to get kilted events AKA: Meet and Greets going in NYC and/or Brooklyn also I would like to get a SAMS post started her in the city. I need 4 more for a "Camp" which has a tent set up at local Highland games or 9 more to start a post. From what I have seen, SAMS is usually the color guard for the Highland Games as wellas doing things like the other veterans groups do. If you can pipe/drum, I would like to have our own band and TEACH ME!!! LOL.
I have 2 black solid tartans, Just trying to think of the group's/post's Tartan.

Cool.. Let me Know, so the Kilts can invade NYC!!!! I am busy during Renn Faire season and Once a month I work Weekends. Hey maybe we can make an event, I will let other Kilties (not here) know and totally run amok.. ;@)
