Asheville, October 11.

Bass Clef Bryan is about to get hitched, and before the frantic week of wedding wackiness he has suggested a get-together (aka kilt night) at Jack of the Wood here in Asheville. I think this is a splendid idea, and will do my best to be there. Anyone else want to drive over to A'Ville?

Congrats Bass Clef! I assume she must be kilt friendly?

I may be able to make it.
What time are we shooting for?

Bryan told me that his brother-in-law-to-be will be arriving from New Zeland Sunday PM and wanted to arrange drinks at 8-9 PM or so. I'd be very receptive to an earlier meet-up time, perhaps for dinner. JOTW Celtic Jam usually runs from 5:30 or so until 9. I'm essentially wide open that afternoon, so I can fit something to your schedule, Nelson.

I would say let's meet for dinner and listen to some to the jam. What about 6 or 6:30 for dinner??

That sounds good. Bryan's b-n-law's flight has been moved, so he won't be in until late. Bryan suggested an earlier time, so 6ish sounds perfect.
