| | | | And Back To NC
Due to bug exterminations and with having two cats it's going to be cheaper for Glen and I to come down to NC to stay at my Mom's cabin. So we're going to be in the States at least until Thanksgiving with us leaving the day after Thanksgiving.

North Carolina is a beautiful state.. My sis lives in Elkins, her hubby is from Hickory. I spent time in the eastern side of the state... Jacksonville, and as a kid we lived in Goldsboro, for a couple years.

I don't know where you'll be in NC, but just remember if you need to travel on I-40, it is completely shut down near the Tennessee/NC border due to a rock slide, and will be closed for some months to come.

Thanks, we were there a few weeks ago, luckily we are going to Franklin, so we are well away from the problems on the I-40

Hey Glen, How close to downtown Franklin are you guys going to be? I might be able to hop up for a kilt night...

We are about 10-15 minutes from downtown Franklin. I'd love to meet up with you when we are down, and Catherine would love it too.
