If you can deal with the drive (and likley an overnight), there'll be a KROCS get-together at Molly MacPherson's in downtown Savannah next Thursday night around 7:30 pm or so. It's timed to happen after the local pipe band's practice to accommodate a couple of their members so there's a good chance there'll be a piper or two; we'd love to have you join us!

If that timing doesn't work for you, we'll be getting together in late August as well, just check periodically in the Georgia sub-forum for KROCS (Kilted Rabble of the Coastal South) kilt nights.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately my mother aka the Navy keeps me on a short leash while I am in training so me getting down to savannah is unlikely. I am hoping I can get some interest in a charleston meet up. I know we have some kilties in the area.

Overall everything is going great here in SC. School is a challenge, but anything worth doing always is. I am looking forward to my graduation in Nov. Not a lot of time to wear my kilt anymore, nor many occasions so far here in the South.
