    Chattanooga Kilt Night

Gents! I know you're out there. And I know there a few folks within an hour or so of Chatty-vegas as well. Shall we tentatively schedule for a weekend in June? What works for everybody?

We shall not cease from exploration/ And the end of all our exploring/ Will be to arrive where we started/ And know the place for the first time. <><

July, eh? Actually, as far away as that is, it might work better to plan it far in advance. When are you coming into town?

I might be interested. I could be flexible as to the date.

I am not traditional in the kilt wearing. For 2 reasons. I have not yet acquired much of the traditional accessories. And I now am using my kilt as a much better looking substitute for those ugly shorts that are popular now.

Hey, we don't need to be traditional! My plan was to wear my SWK and some Ren boots, and a Tshirt. Come as you are, that's what wearin gthe kilt is all about, IMHO.

I was just speaking with my wife, and she reminded me that June is already packed full for us, as well as the first week in July... so maybe mid-July is the way to go.

I'm close enough for a night out. We love to stay at cabins near Lookout, so keep the us posted.

June is full for us, too, but July might work.

On a side note, and this is shameless self-promotion, I work for one of the attractions on the Mountain... perhaps a meetup at the Starbucks up there, and then a tour? If we got a group of 15 (not including myself) we could do it cheaper...

Right then! Shall we say Saturday, the 24th of July? Evening meetup at Hair of the Dog or some such local pub... Chattanoogans, any other pubs we should consider?
