Exclamation DFW Emergency Kilt night! Tipp closing 5/16
Calling all DFW kilties!

I've received word that the Tipperary Inn is closing down THIS Saturday. I suggest that we rally the troops and get our kilted keisters in there to send this fantastic pub out with a bang. I'll probably head out there Saturday for the Trinity River Whalers CD release party. Kilted or not, we need that place PACKED.

It's a sad day for the DFW area Irish Pub scene. Lets at least have 1 more day of crazyness at the Tipp.

My son is in a soccer tournament all weekend, so I can't make it.

I thought the Tipp was going gangbusters. Why is it closing?

Wow, that's totally unexpected and a real shame. The Tipp is unique.

How late will anyone be there Saturday? I've got a show in Grapevine that night and won't be done until after 10.

That's terrible news I was very sad when the Blarney Stone closed its doors. Now another one goes away, too

Wish I could make it. I've got a wedding that night and I don't think I'd survive if I missed that. Might see about swinging by after, though.
