I would like to get everyone to list where in DFW you would like to meet.
Here a few ideas:
Flying Saucer (both in Dallas and Fort Worth)
Ginger Man (both in Dallas and Fort Worth)
Fox and Hound (in Dallas, Mid-cities, and Fort Worth)

Tipperary Inn, Trinity Hall or Lochranns if in Dallas. All are Irish pubs and very kilt friendly.

Saw a kilted lad at Trinity Hall the other night, but I was alas not kilted. Cajun's absolutely right, though. Can't go wrong there.
On Wednesday I wore mine to Sherlocks Baker Street Pub in Addison. There are a couple in Dallas; fair enough place for a kilt, I reckon.

Haven't been there yet. I live on Addison/Farmers Branch line (by Brookhaven). Quote:

We've had a number of get togethers at the Tipperary Inn and, while I do like it, I think it would be good to give one of the mid-cities possibilities a shot. I don't know about any of the ones you listed, but I'm game if we can work out a time!

Both the Saucer and Sherlocks are right around the corner and good for a quick drink Logan's Pub is right over there, too (Beltline & Montfort). Decent enough bar, but haven't been there kilted yet.

HEADS UP FOLKS !!!!!!!
We are set to attack the Sherlock on Saturday night. I will be there, ready to be kilt checked again this week. (life is tough this way, sometimes, but I am willing to sacrifice myself for the cause).
