Tartan Day Houston

Anybody in Houston going to have a Tartan Day gathering? I am heading down to Houston and meeting with a cousin who is new to kilting. so looking for suggestions??

The Celtic Houston thing is where I may go, too, if I can. Last weekend, I was at the San Antonio Highland Games, which is attempted to be scheduled as close to Tartan Day as possible.
