| | Texas Tartan Day
On Sunday, April 5th, at Noon there will be a Texas Tartan Day Celebration in Austin on the steps of the State Capital, starting at Noon. http://www.txscot.com/Tartan_day.htm#Austin
We are planning to make the trip to Austin for this, hope to see some other XMarkers up there!

Would it be improper to wear a kilt in a Generic Irish tartan to such an event? My clan tartan won't be here in time |

Cool. Wasn't sure how picky people would tend to be I don't personally distinguish much between my Scots and Irish blood.
Might not make it to the one in Austin, but with any luck I'll be at the one in Dallas.
