Thumbs up Texas Tartan Day

On Sunday, April 5th, at Noon there will be a Texas Tartan Day Celebration in Austin on the steps of the State Capital, starting at Noon.

We are planning to make the trip to Austin for this, hope to see some other XMarkers up there!

Would it be improper to wear a kilt in a Generic Irish tartan to such an event? My clan tartan won't be here in time

Cool. Wasn't sure how picky people would tend to be I don't personally distinguish much between my Scots and Irish blood.

Might not make it to the one in Austin, but with any luck I'll be at the one in Dallas.
