Wanted Piper

Help Guys. A friend of mine is throwing a birthday party, in Virginia Beach for her father, a retired Naval Officer, and was hoping to get a piper to play at the party. The piper will be fed and beered. I don't know her budget beyond that, but please let me know if you have a lead.

Perhaps you should try and PM David H. When we met up with other Xmarkers and members of SAMS at Keegans in Hampton for a kilt night, several years ago, there was a piper there from SAMS. See the link to pictures below.
