| | | Join or rejoin WACKOS
Many of our old members have not rejoined the WACKOS social group yet. If you are from Washington and have (or want to someday have) a kilt, please join WACKOS. Those who used to be members, please rejoin because ownership changed and everyone was "kicked out." It only shows about eight members now when it used to be thousands...ok, that may be an exaggeration, but, hey, I am a Scot!

I am stationed in Seattle and have read your posts. What does WHACKO's mean and how do you join?

Washington Area Community Kilt Organization?
There's a social group for it, accessed by going to the Quick Links pull-down menu, then choosing Social Groups.

But the way to find it is the top navigation bar, quick links, Social Groups (under Networking), then search for WACKO.
I had exactly the same question and had to ask a WACKO who just happened to be sitting by me. |

Also, in a related note, please see my note regarding St. Patrick's day here in the Washington section.
