Seattle Area - July Kilt Night with GUESTS!

Hey gang -
The illustrious Panache, the lovely F.H.C.A.G. and their stalwart family will be in Seattle at the end of July, as they make the treck up to B.C.

They're available for a kilt night on Tuesday the 28th.

My understanding is their lodgings are in the Queen Anne neighborhood, so we have a fair number of potential locations to choose from.

In the past, we've gathered at Hales Brewery, The Pyramid Brewery and Paddy Coynes on South Lake Union.

Paddy Coynes will probably be closest to Queen Anne, but I'm unsure how family friendly it is.

Any other thoughts?

I'm starting your jacket tonight. I'll probably deliver it on the 14th while I'm at the CJTC.

sad to say I will be gone during that time.

I would say Paddy's is too small to have a family section.?

Actually, there's a possibility of a babysitter. If that is the case, I'm going to suggest Paddy Coyne's on South Lake Union.

I know some of group are from much further south, but in addition to being a great Irish pub, it is relatively close to where our guests are staying.

Who's in?

The baby sitter is very tentative, but hopefully, will happen. If babysitting falls through, I've always wanted to go to Pyramid. I'm just girlie enough to love Pyramid Apricot Ale.

Be well,

Pyramid sounds good. I will plan on being there. I am not totally certain my schedule will allow it though. I will know for sure in a couple of weeks.

Well let's just call it Pyramid and that way we'll be set babysitter or no. Besides, SoDo might be a little more accessable for our members coming from the South.
