The 2009 Calgary Highland Games are this Saturday Sept. 5th at Foothills Athletic Park in Calgary. Is anybody on the forum going to be there?

I will be there with my wife and kids. Can't wait!! I'll try to remember to take Pics. (I'm terrible at that )

Unfortunately I wont be their, but I will be at the Canmore games on Sunday. Magnificent setting with the mountains around you. Anyone going to be their?? Their is a whisky tasting by Adelphi distillery

My daughter will be at the Canmore games as a volunteer, David, but it's too far for me to go. Have a good time!

Sorry Vespa, I had no idea the games were on this weekend?

We have company and of course I "work" Sundays.

If I had known ealrier about the date we would have made the 2 1/2 hr drive into the city for part of the day.

Remind me next year so that we can meet up and make a day of it.

I oend to lose track of the world out here near the Badlands.

Wish I could drive out for the games, but that's a long way to go for us now.
