Now that I have decided to cross the water to the Island for this evening. I just have to figure out lodging. Any idea where I can find a bed to sleep for the night??

So I am assuming that in true West Coast style that this is going to be a fun casual evening and those of us only coming for the day don't need to bring several outfit changes for the weekend?
Do we know where it's all going down Friday night?

It seems that there are several threads running at the same time, Colin. Try http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...3&goto=newpost.
Mikey has set the dress tone for Friday evening.

Well, it's nearly 3:00 Pm in BC and I'm sure the storm clouds are gathering; the magnetic axes are coming together. There is going to be a storm in Victoria tonight that might just well realign the planets. When there is a kilt forum hand-off of this magnitude who knows?
Or Big Mikey will be made Bartender Emeritus.
Have fun all. Wish we could be there with you.

Thanks, Dee. The rain has stopped, but I smell thunder! It's time to go home, don the kilt, pick up the better half, and head downtown!

I had such an amazing time in Victoria with so many friends that evening.
I'm finishing up loading my pictures and will get them up this evening.
I should note there was one burning question that was on everyone's mind that night...
Cheers
Jamie
