SOKS Burns Night 2010
It is with great pleasure that I introduce the SOKS plans for Burns Night 2010. Anyone interested may come out. I will have tickets available shortly please contact me for prices. It was decided to do tickets this year as in years past getting money at the door was problematic. Here is a link to last years event with video and photos.

Glen - thanks for the link in the other thread. I have to remember request vacation for those two days soon.
I also have to remember where I filed The Immortal Memory.
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.

Well time is marching on, please let us know if you plan to attend. Early in the new year after the holidays I will have tickets ready. Please PM or email, or even phone me to confirm, also please feel free to bring your wives or girlfriends, but please remember don't bring them both, and invite any others who may be interested. Lets make this one our best ever.

I will then provide you with the mailing address and ask for yours so that I can send you out your ticket(s).
