Celebrate Canada Day in London, England.

Canada Day this year is a Friday, 1st July, the perfect start to the weekend.
Trafalgar Square, London goes Canadian for a day with Canadian artistes, music, food, hockey etc.

Come celebrate Canada day with us in Trafalgar Square, London, look out for your fellow Xmarkers in their Maple Leaf tartan kilts.
I am planning on being there, my return flight from Scotland is already booked.

The London celebration seems to be growing every year. Try the Beaver Tails if they have some.

Don't worry Paul, the street hockey players won't have kilts on at all.

Any kilt will do, traditional or non-traditional Paul.
The reference to the Maple Leaf tartan only referred to the plan by myself and Chapman Redbourn that we would both wear our Maple Leaf kilts for Canada Day.

It was only a throwaway comment of mine.... and perahps I should have just done that! Whenever I go to London I am almost always kilted, whether tradtitinoal or not!
