What do you guys think of these pins?

    Good day all,

I have a friend that use to make knives but still does his jewelry work, he did Amy & my 10th anniversary rings. He has a few pins on his site and I was wondering what you guys thought -

    Ravens -

    Dogs -

    Horses -

    With gems -

I was thinking of getting one in the future.

Horses of Epona, eh...hits me where I live...very, very nice.

I trust that you'll be sharing his contact information with the rest of your kilted brethren?

Those look wonderful. I'll third the call for contact info.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

I emailed him to see if he is still producing the pins. Last I knew he is now teaching jewelry in a high school. When he answers back and confirms I will post it here.

Be mindful they aren't cheap being silver.

The material cost is secondary to the craftsmanship....that's where the real value lies.

Very true but just want to make sure there is little sticker shock.

Actually I wouldn't think they are too bad (if the site prices are up to date) starting at $50US and going up to $150 for the the large one with semi-precious stones.

    Most excellent !

Yet I would recommend to add a device to prevent the pointy end to cause dammage to anything or anyone (I have children and grand children ...)
