| | | 2010 Braemar School of Highland Dancing & Kilt Making
I should have posted this earlier - sorry.
The annual Braemar Summer School of Highland Dancing & Kilt Making will be held June 27 - July 2 in Troy, New York.
The instructor for the kilt making is Judy Sullivan, who learned from Elsie Stuehmeyer (co-author of The Art of Kilt Making).
If you're interested, registrations should be postmarked by May 28th.

(I hope those work - I haven't tried this Google Docs thing before ...)
My write-up of the 2007 Kilt Kamp.

Wow, this sounds fantastic, but it conflicts with the Ohio Scottish Arts School. Does she offer classes any other times of the year? Troy, NY isn't really that far away.

Jon, the Braemar class is an annual thing. I don't know if Judy would teach another class during the year, but Troy might be more convenient for you location-wise - she drives down from her home in New Hampshire.

Hi Wompet,
Thank you very much for the info. I'll definitely keep it in mind. Maybe we could talk her into holding a different class at a different time of year in this area, then . . . ? ? ? Do you think she'd go for it?
Slŕinte,
Jon
