Dirk and skean dhu blade blanks?

I would like to try my hand at making one of each. Does anyone make a quality blade blank D2, O1, ATS-34 etc.

Atlanta Cutlery sells both dirk and sgian dhu blades. The sgian comes in damascus or high carbon. It is a less expensive option if you have never put one together.

I have a few sgian dubh blades I forged out of 5160 spring steel and 1, maybe 2 I forged out of ancient Nicholson files.

If you're going for those Atlanta cutlery blades, please look at where the blade ends and the tang begins.
The corners are cut too sharp and it's a focal point for stress. Cracks and fractures are just waiting to happen.....Possibly while you're fitting the handle.
You can combat this by taking a rat-tail file and rounding out those inner corners.

That's a very good point for anyone making their own blades, if I can show an example of this in the photo below;
The 2 blades on the left are typical off the shelf examples, they're perfectly useable and can't really be knocked for their price. However, the blades on the right are ones I've designed and have the radiused corner mentioned above between tang and blade, they're also make of thicker, higher grade steels.
Although not everyone requires this level of blade, if you're making your own then it's these wee details that count.
