Exclamation Found a link: How to make cockades

Hey everyone... I know this topic comes up every once in a while and I just saw this today on a blog:

American Duchess Blog: How to make 18th century cockades
    .

I thought it was a great entry with instructions and detailed photos, so I wanted to make sure someone else interested in making cockades could find it. Hope it helps someone!
