Heavy Heavy Heavy Denim

I've seen that some designer jeans are made of denim in the 18 oz or more range... I believe I discovered a Japanese company that makes them from 21 oz denim, a first. But in my tireless Google searching for heavy denim fabric, I have failed to find anything heavier than the 11-12 oz range. Anybody know of a source for super-heavy denim?
