Internal pockets?

I'm looking into doing my first X-kilt. I am not a big fan of cargo pockets on kilts. Has anybody done an X-kilt with internal pockets? If so what was the method used?

I placed a patch type pocket on the under apron, angled towards the open side of the over apron. I also did the cargo pocket that AlanH shows in his instructions.

On my X-Kilt I put a pocket on the front apron, in the Sporran spot.

I appreciate everybody's replys, but I am only looking for someone who might have made an X-klit that they "moded" by putting internal pockets on it.
