Re: The next project: a throwing/pubbing kilt for GGGP!
got the liner in this morning....well....most of it. I'm doing things a little bit differently on this kilt, because while it's going to get yanked around a lot while GGGP is throwing, she's small, so the forces will be somewhat less, I THINK.
Anyway, I did most of the liner out of black cotton/poly but I ran out with two pieces left.
Should I go get some more plain black to finish up the liner, or should I make the rest of it out of this fabric?

or maybe this fabric would be more to her liking....

Shirtless cowboys wrapped around her waist should give her a warm, fuzzy feeling while she's wearing it.

YES! This is a fantastic idea!
That's a dificult choice.
To be honest, I want entire kilts out of both!

I think I prefer for the Halloween pin-ups for this, since I loooove both Halloween and Vargas girls. But what girl doesn't have an affinity for shirtless cowboys as well?
Hmmmm.
The Halloween theme suits the purple.

Re: The next project: a throwing/pubbing kilt for GGGP!
I might have to tear out the black stuff and make the WHOLE LINER out of pinup girls! There will probably be enough left over to make a liner for my Ancient MacNaughton out of this stuff, too. How cool would that be?
....adds a whole extra range of possible responses to "What under YOUR kilt?"
Oh....just four pinup girls in sheer silk stockings.

I don't know Alan, the answer
"Cowboys and pickup trucks, the usual"
...with a completely straight face might be a lot more fun and would confuse the heck out of the questioner!

Good choice GGGP, you can't go wrong with Halloween and Vargas girls together.

GGGP, if I ever had the privilege and pleasure of looking at what's under your kilt, I wouldn't want to see a cowboy..
Seriously, I really like the Vargas girls. Nice touch either way, Alan.
