    Quite honestly, you could likely do away with the puff altogether and no one would notice.

    I replaced the HUGE RED toorie on my black balmoral with a smaller black one. No one has ever said anything to me about it, either before or after the modification. I like it better. The red seemed to me like a clown's nose got stuck on my bonnet...

    Oddly enough, I left the red toorie on my black glengarry...
