E-mail Address
Does anyone have an e-mail address for the Tartans Museum Shop besides tartans@scottishtartans.org ? I have sent them several e-mails inquiring about availability of an item and have received no response...

How long has it been since you sent your first email? I've always known them to be very good about responding to email.

I'd say to shoot them one again. If that doesn't work, or just if you'd rather, and you live in an area where calling wouldn't be a problem, give them a call! Between 10:00 and 5:00 east coast time, 6 days a week, they're open. Fridays may be the best day of the week to call.

As I mentioned in the PM, I'd cc'd that address in my last email, but no response from anyone. I don't know what's going on...

I sent another message last night from an alternate email address and heard back from Matt this morning. He hadn't seen my earlier messages, so no telling what was going on. Maybe the ISP was filtering my address or something; hard to say with technology...

The Museum's customer service is the best you'll find. Once you get in touch with anyone there, they'll do everything they can to help take care of your needs.

Just to report that Bruce did get a hold of us today. He sent his email again from a different email address and that seemed to go through fine. No idea why emails from his other address were not reaching us. Nothing in our spam folder. Strange... But glad to have it taken care of!
