Thumbs up Our first order from STM!

This will be our first order from the Scottish Tartans Museum, and I'm so excited! I've been wanting to order from them for a while (not to mention visit -- maybe someday!). Hubby decided he needed better hose and I contacted Matt to see if he had what we needed in stock. He was a HUGE help with deciding on colors and sizes and his enthusiasm in kilt attire and helping others interested in it really shows! I just wanted to post about my experience so far -- the customer service is excellent!

I'll have the hose sometime this coming week -- looking forward to checking it out! Hubby ordered charcoal and bottle green (to go with his Black Stewart SWK standard kilt). Yay!

What amuses me most is that these aren't for me, yet I'm bouncing off the walls excited.

    That's funny. Congratulations.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

I've had the pleasure of dealing with STM on (I think!) five occasions. Each time I 've been impressed by the friendly, helpful folk there!

I'm looking forward to my next puchase at STM.

Good choices on the hose, BTW. I'm sure theyll look grand!

    Cynthia,

I'm glad you are so excited -- I hope you will like the way your husband loks in his new hose. They are already packed up in a box and ready for the postman to pick them up Monday morning.

    Thanks for the order!

    Thumbs up

    They've arrived!

The colors are beautiful, the hose is thicker than I thought (which is a good thing, I'm not a fan of thin hose at all), and the fit was perfect for my husband!

I ordered him the bigger calf-sized Lewis hose, and there just happened to be a charcoal in L and a green in XL. The way his shoe size is, both of them fit him perfectly. He loves them and looks forward to wearing them.

Thanks again, Matt! Great service, great hose!

(and I forgot to say... the timing was perfect. Today is Christopher's birthday! He was so excited to get them today )
