New Burnett's & Struth website forthcoming?
I was in correspondence with Brandon at B&S yesterday, and he mentioned:
"We are launching a new website today or tomorrow..."
Well the old www.burnetts-struth.com address seems to be defunct tonight , at least until they get their forwarding straightened out...

Site is up today.
Any idea why the Edinburgh "partially machine sewn" kilt is more expensive than the Balmoral "hand sewn" kilt?

Could be a small error in loading new content.
Last week when I was on the site, the prices were appropriate for 4yd vs 8yd, hand vs machine, 10oz vs 13oz vs 16 oz

Hello X Marks,
It is true we are working on a new website. It was suppost to go live last week but due to some unforseen problem it has been postponed. I will post on the forum when it is live and look forward to feedback on the new look.
In regards to Balmoral being less than Edinburgh this is a rarity and if you let me know where you saw it I can help sort it out. Our Balmoral's are all handsewn and have a few extra features such as free kilt passport, kilt hanger and garment bag so they should always be a bit more than our Edinburgh line of kilts. Both are extremely well made kilts just one is 100% ahndsewn and other is about 80%.
Keep your eyes peeled for the new website it is coming. We did try to launch it last week that is why the site was down for a wee while there.
Thank you for your patience.

Suck it up all you want hopefully you will find something you like and buy it, that would make it all worthwhile.
Good news for everyone the new site should be live now if not check later tonight as the DNS takes time to change. Past customers look for an email that outlines the new changes. I will be posting officially tomorrow on here with all the new features and changes.

Looks great!
One question, though. Where can one find all the tartans for the Casual Kilt sale?

If you go to the listing for Casual Kilts on sale, choose a hip size. Then you can choose a weight. Once you've chosen a weight, you can see the tartans available in that weight.
I liked seeing swatches better, but the photo they're using? The Black-and-Red Munro casual kilt? I've got one of those and I love it.

As mentioned above. We have combined the 70+ individual products into one located here: http://www.burnetts-struth.com/produ...t-on-Sale.html
Choose your hip size then choose weight that will show tartans available in that weight choose the tartan then choose if you want flashes or not and an image should change to and image of that tartan. Click on it to enlarge.
