    Thumbs up Looking forward . . .

Yesterday I ordered a Sinclair Hunting 16 oz Strome Box Pleat from John. Had a wonderful time visiting with him, and need to note how very patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful he's been through the whole process. He showed me high quality and beautiful samples that raised my enthusiasm, and discussed options throughout the planning, and helped me to be comfortable with my choice and decisions.

He says about four months, which is pretty reasonable in his present situation especially over Christmas, and I'm delighted to wait since I respect quality.

    Thanks John!

Congratulations! Will this be the same weight and style as your clergy kilt?

Hopefully the four months will pass quickly.

Congratulations, Fr. Bill! It will be wonderful. And I know you'll enjoy its comfort. I'm going to look up the tartan.

Both are 16 oz. This one will be box-pleats, the clergy is knife pleated.

If you went to the web site and input the correct information, would you be able to look up the Father's kilt?

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Not to wish our lives away Father, but may it pass it the blink of an eye.

    'Tis a handsome tartan indeed.

    Best Regards John

Thanks Bloke! John showed the Strome colours to me and they actually come out darker than that lovely picture, and absolutely beautiful!
