    Another tartan needs identification

    Any ideas what it is?

It looks to be some kind of fashion color variation of the Buchanan tartan.

Could it be the Buchanan weathered tartan? Maybe the colors photographed a touch off.

As Matt says, it's probably based on Buchanan, but it's only a fashion based one, have a look at lochcarrons page lochcarron's buchananl

There is usually a white line as well

Ah, saw that on the rack at Loon Mountain. It is a Buchanan, you can pretty much tell by the red yellow red yellow repeat.

I've been seeing this one pop up quite a bit lately in the ladies shawl and it seems pretty popular. I think it may be the one they are calling Autumn Buchanan.
Look at Scottish guys wearing kilts - you could look at them and laugh, but the way they carry themselves, how can you? If you believe in it, that's what makes it cool.Andre Benjamin - American Rapper (formerly known as Dre) Songwriter and Musician
